In God's Hands

The hand of God is always on you
And it's a truth that you should know;
His hand will guide you in the way
He'd have you go.
If you'll just hold onto Jesus, His
truths to you He'll show;
His Holy spirit through your heart
and soul will flow!

If in faith you reach out to Him
He will take you by the hand;
All your trials and temptations
Jesus knows and understands.
All the evil plans of satan He will
help you overthrow;
and His blessings on your life will
overflow!

He never will forskake you but
be always by your side;
Through the storms of life He'll
be there when you're tested, torn
and tried.
He is one on whom you can depend
and in His loving arms abide!
In the shadow of His wings you'll
safely hide!

Just keep your eyes upon Him and
follow where He leads;
He will fulfill all your desires and
will meet your every need.
He will take you to green pastures
where your hungry soul can feed;
If to Him and to His word you
will but heed!

When you pass through that dark
valley, You will feel no fear or strife;
He will walk beside you for He is
your bread of life!
You'll have no need to be afraid
He'll be right there with you;
And through the gates of heaven
He will carry you!
